The "Smart Framer" and "Yourframer" programs are online framing design programs located on the FrameCo web site. They are free to use. The programs show you how to frame your own picturtes. If you have a digital camera then you can upload any image you wish and try various mount colours and framing styles, on your own computor. The programs are user friendly and easy to follow. If you have only one or two pictures to frame, and just need a frame kit then visit: Yourframer.com If you have a number of items to frame aand would like to do some of the framing process yourself..then visit: Smart Framer I have just recently come across your products and am considering purchasing a mount cutting system. I would like to sell my panoramic photography but found I would have to sell my images at a price higher than the casual purchaser would pay, by the time I paid for them to be mounted and framed. So mounting and maybe framing myself could cut the price down although I will have to do some sums, Anyway I was playing with the very good Smart Framer on your site and thought if you wanted to provide a framing service as a small business it would be a good service if you could go to the home or business of your client and use the Smart Framer on a laptop to decide on the mount and frame style but without being on line so how about providing smart-framer as a stand alone software for downloading or on c.d.. Just an idea.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Gregory PG Imaging, United Kingdom Editor: The Smart Framer program is absolutely brilliant. Being new to DIY framing it is so useful to be able to 'see” the framed painting before starting. Annie Dorgan,
Sydney, Australia I first found out about FrameCo at the ACT Craft Show, and now I'm just enquiring about uploading images into the Smart Framer System. I have just submitted one for comments and suddenly thought about my copyrights for the picture. Does anyone else have access to my pictures when using Smart Framer program, besides the advisory people at FrameCo? Is my photo "detroyed" once advise is provided? Would appreciate your assurances.
