I recently purchased one of the FrameCo's vacuum bags however they were out of stock and waiting on the manufacturer. I had been waiting on it as I had a job for a customer which I needed the bag for. Carol was a great help in expiditing the sending of the bag to me. I spoke to her on the Thursday afternoon and the package travelled all the way to Queensland by the very next day.Thanks Carol, I really appreciate it.

I probably started calling the US store in California about a year ago needing supplies and advice on working with wooden frames.

I had only worked with metal frames up to this time and had no idea how to do this and what was needed to perform the task professionally.

Maryanne was there for me each time I placed that phone call. She knew what I needed, she patiently walked through each piece of frame I

Was looking at advising if it would be a good piece for what I was doing and also helped me purchase the equipment needed to do this productively.

I am sure she had other tasks to perform, but she pleasantly took the time to help me and made it a pleasure to call.
I have searched the internet on several occasions for other framing companies to do comparative shopping and have found no one that provides the same service your company provides. I am very grateful you have started this company to assist us new and upcoming framers do the job right and promote return customers. Having personnel such as Maryanne work for you is a definite plus. Even if I were to find other companies on the internet with better pricing or different inventory, I am sure I would remain a loyal customer to Frameco anyway. Unfortunately, the distance between us will keep us from ever meeting, and for this I am sorry. It would be a pleasure to have a face to face with someone I truly enjoy doing business with.

Just a quick comment ref FrameCo. Since purchasing my equipment from Matt and attending one afternoon course with him, would just like to say how helpful they all are. Have received excellent help and although it is early days, and (time is a problem) am gradually experimenting with harder items. Next stop Football Jerseys as I have at least 5 that friends want me to frame when I am ready. Like the idea of APFS and the forums, but must obtain Broadband to speed things up. Look forward to interesting items that will help improve my techniques and hopefully add a few contributions in the gallery
