Learn Picture Framing In A Day-Cost $1

This course is ideal for the absolute novice who wants to learn from the basics up, through to the intermediate DIY framer who is wishing to improve their quality of framing results and discover some of the "Tricks of the Trade" at the same time.

A comprehensive set of notes and product catalogues etc will be supplied, for your future framing reference.

During the course you will be able to try out some of the tools required to complete a project which will give you the confidence to frame your own artworks/photos at home. These tools include;

-Mat Master 1060B for Mat Cutting

-Strap Clamp to hold the frame prior to joining

-Pushmaster/Benchmaster to join and finish the frame

-Plus you will see how to use the various tapes, Vnails and hanging hardware.

The course will also include some creative techniques for the more adventurous or experienced framer to try out at home, including creative mat cutting designs, framing needlework techniques, how to frame memorabilia and 3D objects and stretching/mounting a canvas photo or painting.

There will also be ample time for you to ask any specific framing question that may be of interest to you.
